A chaotic stream of consciousness, expressing the escalating thoughts and feelings of a person navigating the difficulties of explaining her anxious mind.

Making mountains is inspired by my personal experiences with overthinking and my many attempts at explaining my anxious brain to my friends and family. I made this film for anyone who has had problems with anxiety and has struggled to explain how they think.
